Had an amazing group trip with friends! We explored the Reeperbahn and visited a local market. The vibe is chill, and the rooms are super comfy. Breakfast is a must-try. it's a feast! The staff was really helpful, especially with getting around town. Highly recommend it for a fun getaway!

One of our friends had an issue trying to cancel due to an emergency, and the customer service seemed inflexible. It was a bit frustrating to see no understanding in that situation.

During my stay at East Hotel Hamburg, I was truly impressed by the modern art feel of the spaces and the cozy atmosphere created by the soothing colors and uniquely shaped furniture, which were very accessible for comfort.

Better soundproofing between rooms would be appreciated.

This place suits me perfectly. I love the fast Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and the cozy bar lounge area. The staff even returned my forgotten earpods during my first stay. Highly recommend!

The East Room was really comfy, with a bed that felt like a cloud. Decor had a modern vibe and the furniture looked great. Loved the cute touches, like the doggie kit they provided. Everything felt clean and new, making it super inviting. Just wished it was a bit quieter—could hear some noise from other rooms. But overall, pretty awesome stay!

we had a great time at east hotel! the location is perfect, just a short walk to all the sights in st pauli. our east splash room was beautifully laid out, and we really enjoyed the east body & soul spa for some relaxation. breakfast was delicious, though a bit pricey.

the restaurant got quite loud on the weekends.
